"ForexCEC Services" means access to ForexCEC Account allowing you to open an individual or business account and make payments inside ForexCEC or payouts from it, pay bills, exchange currency, and obtain any other services provided by ForexCEC.
ForexCECportal means internet-based software app, API, and other software and technologies allowing obtaining ForexCEC Services.
"Data Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

After the termination of the agreement between ForexCEC and you, you may request deletion of your data. We are able to consider your request and delete your data within ninety days. Nevertheless, we may retain some of your personal information for the purpose to comply with technical and legal requirements related to the security, integrity and operation of ForexCEC Services. For instance, if a ForexCEC Account has been terminated by fraud or security reasons, we may retain certain information from that account to prevent opening a new ForexCEC Account by the same user.
